You hear a blurry sound, slowly diving back into consciousness. A light groan escapes your lips as you feel the trusted fabric of a duvet brush past your legs as you move them. The heavy weight of the duvet satisfies you until you finally pay attention to the noise.
"You didn't have to be so frank with her, you idiot!" a hear a failed suppressed whisper; he was probably trying not to wake you.
"You wanted me to show her, didn't you? Geez!" Another voice almost yells back though, again in an irritably suppressed try-hard whisper. You grow rather irritated by it; why can't they just take the conversation outside?
"Gah... Take it outside, will you?" you groan loudly, pulling the duvet over your head and squeezing your eyes shut, trying to catch another hour or two of sleep.
A silence strikes the room. Immediately your eyes snap open, the duvet wasn't the usual white of your bed. It was black. Everyone in the room stays silent and you try your best not to breathe loudly, feeling your heart race within your chest.
You're still there, there with those psycho's and and... Feathery wings.
"___?" a soft voice nears you, gently putting his hand on your back. You could hear it was Gabe. The only nice person in the entire house. Or... pretend nice as far as you knew. Who knew what'd happen once you'd let him into your trust zone? You'd be paying the price physically.
"G-Get away!" you snap, slapping his hand away as you jolt up, backing off against a wall. You look at him fearfully whilst pulling the duvet up to your chin. Gabe only frowns, he looks worried.
"Still so feisty," Jude grins, though he doesn't leave his place, seeing how your scared expression changes to truly, utterly frightened. You frown, remembering way he'd almost fingered you the day before... or... night before.
"Ah, so she's finally up?" another voice says from the doorway, entering with a tray of food. You can't deny the fact that it smells delicious, and you realize how hungry you really are. Though you merely turn your head the other direction; you can't trust them after all. Who know what they could've done with the food?
Drake rolls his eyes, putting the tray on the nightstand next to you, "Don't worry, Gabe made it. And I didn't touch it," They probably picked up on you trusting Gabe by now. Well... trusting him a little bit more than the others that was.
You proceed to eye the food suspiciously, apart from the fact that it looks extremely delicious. Your stomach spontaneously starts growling and you frown, making Gabe laugh. "You'd better eat it until it gets cold," he smiles at you gently.
You sigh. You'd already been assaulted anyway, and you can't see why they wouldn't do it in the future. Giving you take some of it and consume it by small bites as Blaze enters the room, holding what seemed a metal bracelet... and he seemed rather fascinated with it.
"Oh I just knew you were gay, dude. I mean you don't even seem to have the slightest interest in ___!" Drake exclaims, punching Blaze's shoulder, "Do me a favor and never come within a 2 feet radius aight?"
Jude also starts laughing but Blaze glares; he's not even amused in the slightest. "It's for ___. It's a tracker so we know where she is at all times."
"Oooh, brilliant, bro!" Jude grins staring at you, putting his arm around Blaze's shoulder. "Do you by any chance have a little something that makes her horny?"
Your eyes widen and you stare at him, shocked, pulling the duvet even further over your head.
"Dude, you're scaring her," Gabe says annoyed at his friend's behavior.
"Relax! We're only fantasizing," Drake laughs, he's holding another box in his arms and sits next to your on the bed, grinning. A grin you can in no way trust. Ever. You scoot away from him, closer to Gabe, immediately but he only laughs.
"I have a little something for you," He puts the box in front of you but you don't dare touching it. "I'll open it for you then," he smirks, opening it. What's in it shocks you.
You can't believe what's in it. Aside from the pink wrapping paper that's already making you cringe, you spot another something. It's a made costume. And not just a maid costume. It's a revealing, degrading, too low on the bosom and too high on the legs maid costume.
"Y-You're kidding right?!" You ask, though you already know being hopeful isn't going to get you anywhere. You look around at the others. Gabe merely looks rather flustered, Blaze doesn't seem to give a crap, ready to test out his tracker and Jude... well... he won't ever be a help.
"Oh, I never joke about slutty costumes. Besides, the maid is obliged to wear a uniform," he shrugs.
"What maid wears uniforms looking like that?!" you almost yell back.
"The one that's actually a slave," Drake grins, knowing he's got you. You merely glare. Jude mentioned something about him being a vampire right.... should you believe it? You did see his wings... they looked pretty real... unless you were hallucinating. But then... it explains how Jude managed to stop you so quickly.
"You have a sexy glare," Drake smirks, licking his lips.
You decide to ignore Drake and turn to Blaze pleadingly, "Can't you let me go? I won't tell anyone I swear and you aren't stuck with me! Win-win situation right?" you confirm desperately.
Blaze only shakes his head, "It's not that easy ___, we can't trust you," he says as he watches your face drop, "I'm sorry," he then sighs.
"Besides, we've always wanted an innocent, young, inexperienced, human maid," Jude smirks, leaning against your bed. You cringe at him,
"Don't scare her like that, Jude," Glabe glares at Jude, who's only shrugging his shoulders and laughing at the look of your face.
"Don't worry, ___, I swear none of us will hurt you," he smiles rather tenderly and touches your cheek. You can't help but feel your cheeks heathen up as you look at his handsome, angelic face.
"But we really don't want the war that had happened to happen again," he then continues.
"N-No person in their right mind would believe me..."
"Don't be so sure, ___, policemen know about us... some of us ARE policemen. It's not that simple," Blaze then cut in while reaching for your arm, "As for the detector..."
"N-NO way!" you yell and back off immediately, getting off the bed. You'd spotted a window earlier and definitely aren't going to waist the escaping opportunity. You yank open the curtains and are greeted by a blinding light, blurring your vision.
Your vision gets clearer, and you can finally see. You stare dejectedly,
"This is a nightmare," the entire scene was covered with greenery; a neat little garden and behind that a forest extending as far as the horizon went. There was NO way you get out alive, or get out without at least 6 months travelling.
"Oh yeah..." Drake grins and stands next to you, looking out the window as well... though you're actually shocked by the sight, "I forgot to tell you it's impossible for you to escape... also because we're not in the human dimension,"
Your breathing becomes rapid in shock and you being trembling heavily. "N-no... t-this can't be... it can't...." You can't cry or blink... you can only stare. You take few steps back before you sink to the floor on your knees, still staring in shock
How could it have come to this? You're never going to see your family ever again. You're alone... all alone
"Oi!" Drake frowns alarmed and kneels in front of you, "Hey, girly are you okay?" He asks, but you don't dare to respond, all you can think about is your brothers. They must be looking for you. It hasn't been 3 months since your parents died and already did they lose you.
"I-I can never... see them again,” you whimper, staring at the window in shock.
"___..." Gabe whispers and sadly strokes your hair and holds you against him his chest like he'd done before. His warmth attracts you as you started shivering. The comfort strangely puts you at ease and you end up sobbing in his chest, grabbing onto his shirt tightly.
You can feel Gabe's warm, big hands slowly circling on your back, and it starts putting you at ease as he whispers silent ‘It's okay’s in your ear.
The thoughts really start to sink in. You're all alone. You have nowhere else to go. If these four guys decided they didn't want you anymore, where'd you go then? You'd be forced to roam around the forest your entire life, get older without an education. Without a husband or kids. Is there any more for you to lose? Is there?
You just need the comfort. You just... you need love...
Slowly, very slowly your trembling hands slide over Gabe's chest up to his cheeks as you cup them. Gabe, still holding his arms tightly around yours, stares back into your tear-filled eyes. You notice his breathing became a little more irregular as you near him.
"___... a-are you o-okay?" he asks, frowning.
You can feel his warm breath on your lips. You don't have any control over yourself anymore... you... you have to.
Slowly, you close your eyes as your lips softly touch Gabe's lips. You gasp as you realize what you're doing, but it's too late. Gabe has already tightened his grip on your waist and you are running your hands through his soft, black hair.
Your lips melt in together as you two engage in a passionate kiss. Gabe's lips are like velvet; so soft and pleasant. You can feel Gabe's tongue slightly pushing against your lower lip, asking for entrance as his hands slide down to your hips.
As if this was a cue you pull back immediately and stare at Gabe, shocked. "W-What..."
Your mind is a blur and you can't think straight... you don't know what happened. "I... Kissed..." You murmur to yourself until you finally understand the concept of it all. Your eyes widen, you kissed Gabe.
Shocked, you back away from Gabe who's staring back at you. You cover your mouth with both your hands. You don't notice the guys around you look rather shocked at the past events. Did you just...?
"My... first...kiss, “You whisper and Gabe seems shocked.
